Having a relationship with wellness is one of the best ways to maintain mental health. If we see ourselves well, it’s because we think and do activities for our wel-being. For example, we often think that to be well means nutrition, exercise, adequate sleep and positive thinking. We forget that by reading and studying, on our own, or in a school, we are also keeping well and healthy. It’s therapy – bibliotherapy.
